The former Five Points space, facelift and all, has reopened in the form of a new and improved airy Italian-Mediterranean eatery. Vic’s, the brainchild of the Cookshop husband-and-wife duo helmed by Batali vet Hillary Sterling, boasts a locally sourced, ingredient-driven menu featuring a strong roster of Sterling’s approachable specialties (think sheep’s milk agnolotti with hazelnuts and a standout roasted oxtail with chili agrodolce and mint). Vic’s seals the deal with a healthy dose of exposed brick and a cherry-red pizza oven for good measure. Contact your Attaché for reservations and more menu picks.
