Bouley vet Galen Zamarra has revamped the former Mas (la grillade) space and reopened as Almanac, a micro-seasonal tasting room with hyper-local influences and an equally thoughtful design concept, emulating the original stone farmhouse feel. Muted tones and minimalistic shrubbery adorn Zamarra’s third conquest, featuring a prix fixe tasting trifecta ranging from three to eight dishes with subtle hints of (la grillade) still lingering on the menu, paying homage to its smoky predecessor.
