A sequel to neighborhood favorite State Bird Provisions, The Progress is the second brainchild of culinary power couple Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski. Adjacent to its predecessor, this innovative family-style dining destination is perpetuating the dinner party trend within historic digs, housed in the building that the iconic theatre of the same name once called home. This “progressive” project is the result of strategic collaboration, a product of designated expertise at the hands of contributors responsible for each element of the experience down to the very last detail. With design by Wylie Price, earthenware by Mary Mar Keenan (available for purchase), and so much more, it’s no wonder this neighborhood newcomer was nominated as a James Beard Best New Restaurant in 2015.
