Marcus Samuelsson and Harlem: a match made in heaven. Inspired by Harlem Americana and the birth of hip hop, Streetbird Rotisserie combines internationally influenced southern comfort with an uptown vibe with graffiti-splashed walls and Samuelsson’s eye for design ever present throughout. A neighborhood newcomer worth the trek north, if we do say so ourselves. Stop by for a bird to go or grab a table for the full experience -- the multicultural menu helmed by Samuelsson’s right-hand woman, Le Bernardin vet Adrienne Cheatham, is not to be missed. Go for the “Swediopian” chicken sandwich with doro wat, injera, fresh cheese, and boiled egg or a whole chicken with Streetbird sauce and all the fixins. Contact your Attaché for details and more menu picks.
