It’s all Greek to us -- just the way we like it. Chef Maria Loi brings her signature Mediterranean cuisine back to Midtown, transforming the Michelin-starred Seäsonal space into a cozy, convivial taverna with Chef Arno Mueller at the helm. Just shy of its three-month birthday, Loi boasts all the makings of the ultimate Midtown dining experience; with a strong Greek-inspired cocktail program and Chef’s extraordinary, no-frills fare Loi Estiatorio has won our hearts. Go for the Greek old fashioned to kick things off, the grilled octopus with fava purée and the arugula salad with candied figs to start, followed by the spring chicken or the chef’s selection of salt baked fish. Save room for dessert -- the flourless chocolate cake, semolina custard atop phyllo, and Greek yogurt are all absolute musts.
