Calling all adventurous eaters: this one’s for the books. Meet Tasca Chino, a marriage of Chinese and Spanish influences housed under one kitschy roof. Chef Alex Ureña helms the hybrid kitchen, turning out inventive specialties from chicken and chorizo dumplings to clay pot paella and a ponzu-glazed braised pork belly. Tapas and dim sum never sounded so good. Head on over for lunch, weekend brunch, dinner, or a round of craft cocktails after a long day of work -- the Basque spritz isn’t going to drink itself.
