Philadelphia meets Miami in Stephen Starr’s latest South Florida project, an ode to its twenty-year-old namesake predecessor, a staple in Starr’s hometown. The Continental Miami opened its doors just this month with Executive Chef Matthew Oetting at the helm, serving up iconic menu classics from “build-your-own sushi” to inventive crudité and arguably one of the city’s best burgers, flanked by a meticulous drink menu channeling the retro feel of the semi-outdoor eatery. The 225-seat space, designed by Shawn Hausman, pays homage (albeit modernized) to the glamour of eras past, complete with neon and formica. The Continental is currently open for lunch and dinner; contact your Attaché for reservations.
