On February 23rd and 24th, Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE will welcome culinary icon Alain Ducasse and Restaurant Le Louis XV sous chef Dominique Lory to the Chefs Club Studio. Ducasse, who cut his teeth alongside the titans of French gastronomy, rose quickly to fame in the industry and now boasts nearly 20 Michelin stars across his empire of 24 restaurants. A mentor to Lory, the two have become a combined force to be reckoned with since 1998, now bringing their unique energy and expertise to Chefs Club in a two-night culinary event focused on Ducasse’s vision: nature before cooking.
