What happens when a Top Chef master teams up with a chic boutique hotel? A Pan-Asian haven of ‘80s city grit and Chef Dale Talde’s inventive cuisine in a chic, eclectic space filled with exotic elements and curiosities brought to life by New York-based designers Workshop/APD and Brooklyn street artist Ewok. Rich colors envelop the space, centered around a shipping container-turned-banquette bay, lit by the glow of neon and mirroring the vibrance of Talde’s dishes. Market-driven ingredients and local Floridian products are the basis for signature menu items, all riffs on Asian classics with Eastern and Western nuances -- think pretzel pork and chive dumplings, crispy oyster and bacon pad thai, and a late-night noodle menu with a small selection of house favorites. We can’t think of anything we’d rather eat at 2am. Contact your Attaché for reservations and more menu picks.
