The duo behind the Spare Room have teamed up for yet another winning venture, this time an airy neighborhood restaurant in Echo Park’s Elysian building. Winsome’s got a knack for serving as the perfect destination for any occasion, a quiet bakery and café by early morning and bustling bistro by afternoon, placing an emphasis on cuisine rooted in Los Angeles culture kissed by subtle gastronomic elements from across the globe. From duck egg toast and buckwheat pancakes to matcha concha and crispy Meiji tofu, there’s no going wrong here. And the only way this place could get any better would be to offer dinner service...and rumor has it that we won’t be waiting much longer. Contact your Attaché for reservations and more menu picks.
