Jenene Ronick, Founder and CEO of Luxury Attaché
Jenene Ronick established Luxury Attaché in 2005 after seven years of excelling in the concierge business.
With a career devoted to luxury lifestyle management, Ronick recognized the demand for personalized and professional concierge service. She developed Luxury Attaché as a concierge company dedicated first to enhancing the lives of the discerning clientele living in New York City, the Hamptons, and now the world over. Her successes include being selected as Fortune 500 CEO’s most sought-after concierge.
At Luxury Attaché, Ronick brings her unparalleled reputation and extensive network of well-cultivated connections to help clients execute the most extraordinary of requests. Prior to forming Luxury Attaché, Jenene worked as the Director of Guest Relations at CNN for seven years, where she learned to address the exacting demands of high-net-worth clients and developed relationships with hundreds of exclusive vendors.
Ronick attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, and the NYU Stern School of Business for its MBA program. She lives in New York City’s West Village with her husband, Internet entrepreneur David Ronick and their sons. They divide their weekends between their homes in Litchfield, Connecticut, and Bridgehampton, New York.
Jessica Gordon, Director of Employee Development & Client Relations
For Jessica Gordon, luxury concierge service begins with a smile and ends with the affirmation that anything is possible. Gordon is not only able to meet, but also anticipate each client’s needs with unwavering dedication and infectious positivity. Her finely honed contact list is a true testament to her love of New York City and passion for seeking out and staying on top of the latest the city has to offer.
Gordon joined the Luxury Attaché team in 2008, and she also spent time working as the lead concierge at a boutique hotel in Midtown Manhattan, working diligently with new and returning guests of the hotel to maximize their New York City experience.
Recently, Gordon spearheaded Town Residential’s partnership with Luxury Attaché, establishing and managing the concierge service as an integral part of the client experience. Currently, as Director of Employee Development & Client Relations, she manages the Luxury Attaché concierge team across all projects and initiatives, which is a position that requires attention 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Passion, initiative and creativity are all hallmarks of Gordon’s approach that has helped her bring client service to the next level. In her words, “I have come to know that anything is possible. It just takes a certain finesse.”
Skie Ocasio, Managing Director of Concierge Services
Skie Ocasio proudly joins Luxury Attaché after years of Hospitality and Operations expertise with luxury lifestyle brands and hotels across the world. At Luxury Attaché, Skie’s responsibilities include managing a team of more than 50 dedicated Attachés as well as being the liaison between company principals and property managers.
Prior to joining Luxury Attaché, Ocasio worked as Director of Operations for a luxury lifestyle brand with offices in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Buenos Aires, Sao Paolo, Panama City, Mexico City, Vancouver and Toronto. He successfully launched numerous corporate affiliations with HNWI’s as well as investment and financial institutions while managing and building a European brand in the United States. Skie entered the world of Hospitality at the Marriott Corporation and quickly found his niche, working as a hospitality trainer and facilitator for hotel brands such as the SLS Beverly Hills, The Water and Beach Club in Puerto Rico, The Betsy in Miami and The Gansevoort in New York City. A native New Yorker, Skie has a deep passion for lifestyle concierge servicing, the Arts – with a concentrated knowledge of Broadway Musical Theatre and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Lauren Ruehl, Director of Operations
Lauren Ruehl joined the team shortly after Luxury Attaché was formed. Ruehl has held a range of positions including concierge and property manager, but she currently serves as Director of Operations. In this role, Ruehl oversees the company’s finance and human resource departments, with an emphasis on prospecting, budgeting and reporting. Further, she acts as a liaison between the company and its investors, partners and vendors.
Ruehl is an experienced Real Estate agent and has served clients throughout New York. She attended the University of Albany, where she studied communications and sociology. A native of NYC, she now lives in Mamaroneck, Westchester. Ruehl enjoys travel, listening to live music and exploring new dining destinations.
