The team behind Radio, Bodega, and Pizza Bar are at it again, this time with the Asian-inspired Red Ginger, opened just this month to the delight of the Miami Beach foodie crowd. The man behind the menu is Top Chef Master Herbert Wilson, whose extensive culinary experience includes French, New American, and Caribbean cuisine, working with the late Patrick Clark at age 23, then heading off to train with Larry Forgione at An American Palace -- an impressive résumé to say the least.
