Jenene Ronick began her career managing guest relations for CNN, where she assisted high-profile on-air guests with accommodations, travel, dining, and entertainment. Every guest had an assistant and a black card. Still, they sought insider access to exclusive experiences.
At CNN, Ronick learned to track guest preferences, and research lifestyle options personally with guests in mind to generate options they’d love, including the tried and true, the new and noteworthy—and even the unexpected. Her trademark: Being a YES person... There’s always a way to make the exceptional happen.
Shortly thereafter, guests began requesting assistance even when not appearing on shows, for themselves and their companies—and Luxury Attaché was born.
