NOBU

The world-famous Japanese restaurant Nobu is making its way to Palo Alto this summer. Recognized for its innovative use of Peruvian ingredients to create unique Japanese fusion dishes, Nobu, named for chef and founder Nobu Matsuhisa, will occupy the bottom of Larry Ellison’s Epiphany Hotel. The popular eatery has 30 locations worldwide and is slated for a June opening.

Petit Marlowe presents a menu of traditional Parisian fare, including offerings like escargot, cured fish, and a variety of scallop, beet, and beef tartares.
